Will use again

We recently relocated to Boulder, CO. We were referred to Steve Carter with RE/MAX of Boulder by our agent who sold our house. We were extremely happy with Steve. He listened to what we were looking for and when we visited, he had 9 houses for us to look at. We had 2 top picks by the time we left town. When returned again, he had 2 more houses that met our needs spot on. He was very knowledgeable about different areas and he knew about all the schools. He also knows a lot about how a home is built and this made us feel more comfortable. One house had some damage that we would have never seen and saved us time and money by suggesting we move on to the other houses. We chose a house and made a low offer. Steve was very good with giving us ideas on what items to negotiate on and kept us informed during the process. It took about a week but we finally got the house a great price. Steve was also very helpful during the inspection process and helped us get some money from the seller to upgrade the heater. We are now moved in and are very happy with the house, neighborhood and school! We have already recommended him to a neighbor.
