Erik - amazing at finding what you want w/ your bu
When we approached Erik with our home desire and budget we did not expect to find much in the Boulder area. However, Erik spent much time with us and he discussed things with us that might not be important now but will be in the future. In the end, we sacrificed some aesthetic requirements and found a home in the perfect location with all our activities nearby! We also did some minor renovation that cost us nothing to make the house suit our needs! Thanks Erik!
