- It's both rewarding and fun to work with families through the process of making such important changes in their lives as buying and selling their homes.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- To find creative ways to help families who've been negatively impacted by the difficult economy. The end result though (finding solutions that get families out of trouble and into homes) is far sweeter because of the challenge.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Early in my career I met a woman while I was working at a mall kiosk, who didn't believe she could buy her own home for her and her physically challenged daughter. Together we sat down with a lender, found the unique property she needed, and we got her into a great home. She's still in that home 20 years later. The day she closed, we went to the home after closing with her daughter and had a little picnic on the floor of the living room. I'll never underestimate the possibilities or the importance of a place to call "home."

- Genuine caring, love of diversity in people and happiness in the small things.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I'm inspired by people who rise above the trials in life and create their own happiness. I'm inspired by all the people in the world who give so much for others.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The power of one. You may be a small speck on the planet but you can make a difference; just take action.

- Where I am!
