"This company has a contract with the Chambers Place Condos Association Home Owners Association. The office is understaffed, does not return phone calls, and dispenses incorrect information by phone, by mail, and in person. This company's manager is condescending to owners, including HOA board members. The company's inattention to detail spurs irate responses from owners, who state their dissatisfaction at HOA board meetings. Afterward, little or no improvement occurs."
