Please be aware this company and realtor tops the worst cases I have ever seen in the 8 yrs in this industry. I have spoken with multiple professionals that have also had bad experiences with this company. This company dragged myself and my clients through a 4 month length transaction that they were not working on, they were negligent in their follow up with the bank, the lost the property to sale and did not tell us or return our calls or return our earnest money. They are careless and are a hazard, please be careful this company is a representation of realtors at their worst. There are many wonderful professional realtors in Colorado that are bi-lingual....do not risk your transaction with this company real estate is a large transaction with large sums of money and emotions involved and should not be taken lightly using Troncosos real estate could be a dangerous decision.

This company has a contract with the Chambers Place Condos Association Home Owners Association. The office is understaffed, does not return phone calls, and dispenses incorrect information by phone, by mail, and in person. This company's manager is condescending to owners, including HOA board members. The company's inattention to detail spurs irate responses from owners, who state their dissatisfaction at HOA board meetings. Afterward, little or no improvement occurs.
