working with lenders on short sales and helping my clients "beat the clock" to avoid foreclosure
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Helping a client who had been renting and found out the property was being foreclosed. He was interested in buying the property and mid way through the negotiation with the lender, the lender filed for bankrupcy. We finally got the lenders receivership company to work with us and closed the deal just before Christmas
What is your best characteristic?
Dilligence and persistance, I am a strong advocate for my clients needs
Who or what inspires you the most?
My family is at the top of a long list of inspiration. Never giving up is the what that keeps me going.
