Her marketing was excellent with beautiful fliers and professional photos. The house could be found at numerous internet sights or quickly through a google search. We had a ton of showings in a very short time. Her estimated sell price was very accurate. She was an effective communicator walking me through the entire transactions and various negotiations. She is a patient, clear communicator. There were several problems throughout the transaction and Nancy was closely managing the issues to ensure things went smooth. I highly recommend Nancy.
