We had a remarkable experience with Mitch & Trenna. Mitch is incredibly knowledgeable and his communication was beyond really what we had expected. Thought ahead of the curve the entire way, and dealt with issues before they became large issues. Can say enough good things about them!

1,000 characters can't explain the situation but needless to say Kathy is manipulative and cannot be trusted. My competitive side had contacted 2 lawyers that confirmed I had a great case against her but I had to consider my family and profession first, so I just let it go.

We sold a new Vespa to Mitch in 2003, on a handshake we expected him to pay for the brand new scooter as he agreed. To date he has paid nothing, not one red sent. Mitch has written the book on excuses. We gave him 6 years to make good and he's failed to make any attempt to return the Vespa or pay a dime for the bike. That's my summary.
