The trend is of a gradual increase in price and the number of homes that are selling. There are a lot of short sale and REO properties on the market right now presenting great opportunities for home buyers, although they are facing tough competition from investors.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love working with people and helping them achieve their goals.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Every day in real estate there are new challenges to overcome which is part of the appeal of the profession.

A client success story is a happy client that has successfully sold or bought a home.

What is your best characteristic?
My clients appreciate my attention to detail and the fact that I remain in close touch through each step of the process to make things as easy for them as possible.

Every day ordinary people achieve extraordinary things.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Just do it!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right here in Los Angeles of course! I have wonderful friends and love my work and I am looking out my window at palm trees and a clear blue sky.
