Paul Campbell is one of the shadiest people I have met in 29 years of Real Estate professionals. I would avoid him like the plague. He will steal money from you, he has been sued several times, he has a horrible track record and I would tell everyone to not consider doing business with such a person.

Pat Helton is by far the most unethical, unprofessional, liar I have ever had the displeasure of being involved in a transaction with. In fact after doing some research with other agents at various open houses and talking to various Escrow Officers and Title Companies it is very clear that no one wants to work with her. She makes every transaction so difficult and just has this nasty habit of lying. It is pretty sad that she has such a negative reputation with her peers. I don't know how she stays in business and I am confident that she will soon have legal troubles if she continues to do business in this fashion. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THE THOUGHT OF USING THIS WOMAN EVER.

I had the unfortunate experience of being placed with Lisa Marie Chase initially. Not only was she rude and patronizing to our family, she provided false information on our documents due to HER oversight. The sale was almost lost because she had the complete WRONG information. When I tried to work out the problem with her, she was extremely rude to me... in front of my wife and children! I couldn't believe how we were treated when we are talking about 1mil plus homes. She made a tense transition even worse and I wouldn't be surprised in this housing market if she has no clients left.
