- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love architecture and design and I love helping people with their biggest financial decision. I find being able to contribute positively and protectively, incredibly rewarding.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Budgeting. As a commissioned sales person I am not paid a salary so it takes real self control to keep spending in check after closing escrow and getting paid.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I helped a client sell their condo but then there were no homes available in their price range, in the town they wanted. So I started calling on expired listings and wound up finding a perfect house for them, in the neihborhood they wanted and in their budget. Digging under rocks, I called it. It was incredibly rewarding and my buyer wrote a glowing testimonial which you can find on my website. It's something I am still really proud of.

- Patience with my clients and a thorough understanding of economics, trends and the entire process of buying and selling residential real estate.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Getting up in the morning and knowing I'm going to help someone today with a really important decision.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Don't count your money 'til int's in your pocket and you're ten miles out of town.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Santa Barbara, Malibu, Kauai and Thousand Oaks... it just depends which day you ask me.
