Agent Sherry Tietjen is only adequate in helping you purchase a home. Ms. Tietjens did not bring new listings to my attention, did not move quickly on submitting offers, and did not provide me with accurate comps for purposes of determining offers. I would not recommend this agent for purchasing a new home.

Bill is a man of his word and sold me real estate that he could have sold for more and earned a higher commission, but he did not. I bought from him site unseen and couldn't have been happier. Everything was exactly as described. Transaction was exceedingly smooth although I was hundreds of miles away and had no prior working relationship with Mr. Ballow.
