I had an out of state client who listed a homstead shack on 5 acres that he inherited. He told me of his boyhood memories of his family camping there and the adventures they had. It was pretty secluded and the years had taken a tole on the cabin. I did not anticipate a quick sale. The following week a lady called looking for a place her family could park their RV away from everything. It was not a huge commission check on my end, but I knew that the property was now going to make memories for antoher family. She even planted wild flowers before the close of escrow.
