- as with any occupation, there are ups and downs. besides the money, the satisfaction of helping others find good homes should drive you. this best success comes from helping others. minimize your stress by doing good when you can.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Most real estate offices supply training but do not hold associates accountable for implementing it. Too many office managers are more fearful of losing people than committed to building a successful staff through accountability. The result is the lack of presence.

- Relocating to this part of the globe from Colombo, Sri Lanka was a huge success story of my life.
- What is your best characteristic?
- One thing I truly take pride in about myself and that I've also been told by other people is that I respect people's privacy. I've earned so many people's trust over the years, whether it be family, friends, co-workers because they all know I they can confide in me. I'll give them my honest, non-judgemental opinion on whatever issue they are having, and I never run behind thier backs to spread thier business around through the "grape vine".
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Gandhi..... Gandhi led nationwide campaigns for the alleviation of poverty, for the liberation of women, for brotherhood amongst differing religions and ethnicities, for an end to untouchability and caste discrimination, and for the economic self-sufficiency of the nation, but above all for Swaraj—the independence of India from foreign domination.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Don't be afraid to dream about my goals and never be afraid to follow them.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Colombo, Sri Lanka because it is superb there.
