Hope is absolutely wonderful! She showed us homes in Ventura County off and on for over a year, while we were trying to sell another home in the desert. Her patience, graciousness and tenacity were very much appreciated given our situation. When we finally found a home, the purchase transaction was accurately and quickly closed within the 30-day escrow period. (I must add that she had little or no cooperation from the seller's agent, and probably had to do most of the work herself to close the deal.)
