If it wasnt for Julie I wouldnt have a home yet. She was my fourth agent, I was a first time home buyer with little money. She took the time and found me something she was patient and very knowledgeable. She was available day and night and took me to see dozens of homes and put in offers for even more. She was professional and very extremely undertanding of the " first time home buyer " attitude. If I buy or sell I wouldnt hesitate to go through her and tell EVERYONE. Julie you are the best!!!!!

26 days without heat, and a refusal to discuss the problem. Numerous invasions of privacy, including the no-knock plumber, and people directed to my house when the apartment they were trying to rent was four blocks away. Nothing like finding strangers on your interior stairs telling you they are going to rent your apartment. Retaliation for attempts to work through the problems with the broken heater.

she is very misleading in her dealings with you. if you are currently working with her, make sure you get everything she claims, any promises she makes, and anything she agrees to do for you, IN WRITING! she is not an honest person and during the time I was her client, felt she only had her best interests in mind, and was trying to earn her commission any way she could. She even tried to convince us to put an offer on a house without even seeing it first. That was how desperate she was to earn her commission. I don't know what kind of realtor would give that kind of advice to you. Who would put an offer on a house without even looking at it first? Whatever you do, do not work with this realtor.

I used to rent from Mike Tatham and yes he did lie to the court system regarding serving me a notice. Do not rent from him, as he will take advantage of those who he feel he can. He attempted to put me and my children out on the street just so he didn't have to pay for repairs.

Mike Lied on my brother. He Lied to the court system, he was very rude and did not want to deal with the situation professionally. My family was going through a trying time and got a little behind on rent. They tried to rectify the situation and he refused to accept the money. Then he lied and said he gave them a 3day notice. He did not give it until the end of the month. He is very decitful, and sneaky. If you rent through tathem property managment be careful...you'll be homeless soon.
