Mr. Matthews worked for us on an unusually complicated and trying investment purchase. He showed professionalism and creativity and a good sense of humor dealing with a less than pleasant Broker who was representing the Seller. Highly reccomended!

He does not like to work with his customers and has terrible temper. Starts yelling for no particular reason and then apologizes. Happened 4 times during my transaction with him. I bought a house from him because I was pretty much stuck but would not recommend him to anyone else.

Ms. Tolentino clearly does not display the characteristics of a professional or experienced agent. Very rude, and not motivated at all. I would NOT refer her to anyone.

My experience with this agent was terrible. She had no desire whatsoever to actually work and sell real estate.
