- The lending field is still morphing and that makes it a little challenging. Sometimes terms and conditions change mid-stream and you have to be ready with Plan B.

- I have many interesting moments, but the best are when you finally close and you get to hand the keys to the buyer, especially if it is their first home. That is always a thrill!
- What is your best characteristic?
- I listen and I am not pushy -- this is a big purchase and you want to make sure it fits.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- A verse from the Bible -- "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I try to treat everyone like I would want to be treated and that makes my clients refer family and friends.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Never sell your integrity, it is too priceless!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right were I am, because my family (grandkids) are just minutes away and spending time with them is priceless. My second choice would be Singapore (I have visited there nearly 20 times). A facinating country/city and worth visiting.
