I felt that Prime Properties did not best represent me. If you can, AVOID working with Rohit but unfortunately, it's a family business so you are bound to work with Rohit. He had to take the RE exam over 15 times to get a license!!! If you are working with him, you are better off being your own agent as he is absent minded, careless, lacks integrity in his work and unprofessional. I recently bought a house and Prime Properties messed up on the bid and at closing did not look at the papers carefully which caused me to pay over $5k in closing costs which was suppose to be covered by the seller. At the end of the day, they did not help me reconcile this claim and I plan on taking legal action to get this resolved. This company is more about pointing fingers and being lazy. Highly not recommended to friends and family.
