Janeen was very dishonest and unethical. On multiple occasions, she tried to charge us extra fees and hoped we wouldn't notice. She even tried to make us sign an addendum that would force us to pay extra fees for her own benefits. Good thing this was not our first time buying a home!! Do not do business with this lady. Shame on her for trying to take advantage of others!

Very Bad attitude.

This real estate agent is not an ethical person. My husband and I are just winding up an almost two year ordeal, because Tullio sold the house next door to us under false pretenses. We've lived here for almost 21 years, and contacted him immediately upon hearing the property line being misrepresented, and he did nothing. We have been in a battle ever since, culminating in damage to our property, and finally, recently, we paid for our own survey to prove our property line. This was something he should have done, but it's obvious he just saw dollar signs, and tried to extend the investment by trying to lay claim on our property. Ultimately, he didn't succeed, and the people who bought the house have not only lost rights to our property, but some of their selling points on their investment as well. I guess it doesn't pay to be a crook, after all, but it took some work and money on our part too. I would never recommend this person.
