I jsut want to say she may be nice person but when dealing with people out on the field definetly VERY COLD.. NO NICE TONE of voice and not helpful at all. If this changes I think she could be a nice sale agent but so far not a good word for her. Sometimes want to think that agents should be helpful in descision making and other ideas but she will shut you up.. I pretty sure she will know what am I talking about.

Simply put, Derrick is a great agent. I was dealing with an agent who I had to call and tell him what home I wanted to see and he didnt return calls. Derrick stepped in and was on the j.o.b. We found a home and closed all within 45 days. I highly recommend him.

Nancy did not do a good job for me. Although I can't speak for other people, she did no perform well enough to get my vote. I had to find another real estate agent that can provide the right information when asked for, simple as that!!
