Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Because I enjoy helping people accomplish their real estate goals and the friendships I've created as a result are wonderful.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The market has been declining in value and it's challenging to successfully market the listings, all parties involved really need to work as a team.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Several of my clients bought their first homes with me. Through the years many have leveraged their equity into rentals and created a nest egg to send their children to college or retire.
What is your best characteristic?
I truly care about what is best for the client and I'm a very positive fun person to work with! These days my business is almost 100% referrals.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My children, they have been a wonderful inspiration in my life.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Stay focused on what you want and don't waste time thinking about what you don't want.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
In Costa Rica on the beach on the Pacific side or here in California. I love California, so much to do within close driving distances.
