Michael wasn't a good realtor. He never answered his phone when you called him. He took lots of time off. Very difficult to get a hold of him. When the house was within days of closing he took some time off.

This guy/"mabry management" goes around and purchases foreclosed/abandoned/dumps, puts a little make up on it/promises to finish while you pay the rent, conveniently doesn't do a physical "walk-thru" and "forgets" on a monthly basis what his "todo" list is. Until your lease is up and he wants you OUT! by then you've made a whole years worth of mortgage payments to live in a rathole. what a dirty dog. God don't like ugly Mr. Mabry, shame on you.

She almost always answers the phone personally, hardly ever that nasty voice mail stuff. Hilma is a hard worker who is also bilingual. Thanks, John

Clay was really honest with our transaction and I would recommend him to anyone. I believe he is doing a construction project in Arizona but should be back by next year.

Bob is a great agent, We hired Bob quite a while back for the purchase of my mothers home, what a great deal that was, almost lost it to another agent, but Bob came through. Then my sister was selling her house and I got her in touch with Bob and he got her a buyer with a great offer, and she sold her property she was very happy. Then we decided to purchase some commercial real estate, and boy Bob had to work his tail off, But in the end it was worth it and we greatly appreciate all his hard work, By helping us to get into this property. This agent was hard to reach the first time, didn't seem to know anything about the area we are interested in buying, and never returned any of my phone calls. What a waste of time.

Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE, PUSHY! & Terrible customer service Grace Lee is it!! She violated standards and ethics in real estate & she has made a senior client of hers VERY SAD AND UPSET!! I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in the manner with with she deals with her clients. I have not been given proper time and important paperwork. My mom and I lost out on our desired property because Grace failed to notify me about a 48hr window to capitalize on a deal. She never made 1 attempt to find an interpreter for me to make negotiations easier..as I do not speak or understand Korean fully. She has made many false accusations about her clients character This is a lady I would seriously question her ethics, motives and her word. Not only would I ever use her again; I would stay away from and tell as many people as I know not to use Grace Lee or New Star Realty!She has threatened to sue my mom verbally and has really made me ashamed in Korean business women-TACTLESS,STUPID
