This "team" verbally accepted the offer which was 4k over asking price. Two weeks later we find out that they accepted another offer of the same price but with 5k of closing cost paid for the buyer. A worse offer than ours. I just found out so I looked this up. This team is made up of horrible people. Never work with these people.

My company worked on an REO property listed by Mr. Cadez. When escrow had closed, he submitted our report for closing, but neglected to submit our invoice. We were never paid for the report and Mr. Cadez refused to pay or help us in recovering our costs.
