recommend using Rachel for your home purchase.
Comments: "Lotus Realty is a joke! RACHEL DUNHOFF is a known scam artist who is under investigation for stealing a clients rent money!! They also co-mingle funds in their broker account and cash checks made out to third parties. RACHEL DUNHOFF has NO real estate license BUT she continues to act as an agent, her "friend" the mentally unstable ELIZABETH SULLIVAN allows all kinds of fraud to happen, "making up" INFO to the banks on their REPO business, and OWING money to contractors who have done work----even family members!
