Terkel is a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is willing and takes the time to explain the home-buying process from start to finish. He is very honest and open with all details about a house and makes sure that the house suits your needs. He is not just trying to make another sell or pressuring anyone into buying a house that they are not comfortable with. Even after the sale, he remains in contact and has become a great friend that I can confidently reffer friends and colleages to. He sold me my first house in June 2008.
