I HAVE LET RONALD SELL TWO OF MY HOMES. HE WAS A VERY HARD WORKER AND WOULD TRY AND KEEP ME INFORMED OF ALL ASPECTS OF SELLING THE HOMES. I was working with another agent from a different company. I was not satisfied. I then saw one of Ronald's listings and gave him a call. He met with me, showed me the home and I interviewed him. He told me I could continue to work with my current agent, or give him a try. There was no pressure from him. A few days later, I decided to give Ronald a try. He showed me many homes. We made a few offers, but there was lots of competition from other buyers. Finally, he told me about a home that has just came on the market. He showed it to me before anyone else, and I now own the home. Great job! He was always avail. to answer my questions, and he was willing to drive a long ways to meet me for the paperwork ( I was living in Long Beach at the time). I would recommend him because he made the process of buying a home much easier.

Ronald helped me purchase a home when I didn't think it would be possible. He helped me get a loan, and he showed me homes in my price range and budget. He never tried to "upsell" me, or try to get me to buy more home than I could afford. He stayed within my budget ( unlike other realtors)! I was VERY satisfied with his service. absolute PIG! he was more concerned with $$$ and women than selling my house
