Thank You
I would like to personally thank Michelle for all her hard work. Its hard to find people that work as hard and care as much as she does. Clark
Michelle Is Wonderful
Michelle is truely a wonderful honest person, her services have helped many and she has employed many good agents. She is the only broker and there is no Steve at this company or licensed in the state. All the reviews we have on file are excellent. Please contact me for further information at any time. -B
Never do business with Michelle or Steve!
Plain and simple they are scam artists that should not be in business.

Don't Do Business With Them!
Michelle Koutsoudis was our property manager until October 2009, when she disappeared with our rental money. None of her numbers are working and would not return emails. Steve has an 800# that is not working and when called it either goes to blue cross insurance or it would say that the voice mail box is not valid anymore. We did not know what happened to them since we are overseas but what they are doing is illegal, wrong and somewhat leaves negative connotation on other legit property managers.

False Complaints
Incredibleagents.com looks like a fraudulent, misleading and unprofessional company! Currently an investigation by the FBI is has been filed looking into the smear and extortion campaigns of realtors around the country. Damon Pace and Tom Wolf of Incredibleagents.com are being reported to the FBI for extortion and illegal internet activities. This pay for protection scam or cost realtors thousands of dollars in commissions each year, do to the scam Pace and Wolf have devised. Although freedom of speech is protected. The scam involves negative reviews and postings supposedly posted by unhappy consumers. Many realtors have reported never doing business with any of the parties or consumers leaving negative reviews at the site. When asked to remove the negative information Tom Wolf has stated you have to pay! The scam is a pay for protection under the guise of “reputation management”. Once sucked in realtors are forced to pay a monthly fee to protect their reputation. Many realtors who have never even sold one property often end up with numerous bogus complaints proving the complaints are generated by the company. When complaints are finally picked up on by the unsuspecting agent or broker its time to pay to play the reputation management scam game.

I am taking them to court!!!
This is by far the worst comapny I have ever delt with. Still fighting to get back the security deposit on a rental that was foreclosed on. Going to start my small claims suit if anyone is interested in joining in. These people both Michelle and Steve need to be stopped from taking advantage of hard working honest people.
THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE SUED
Michelle & Steve are scam artists & he claims that he is a broker but he has no license as I verified with the Board of Real Estate website. These people never came through with promises of house items that needed to be fixed or taken care of. When renting you have every right to find out & contact the owner to let them know what is going on with there property!!!!!!
No Longer In Business
This company was sold and shut its doors last month the owners retired
no payment on work
do not use her she dont pay!!!!!!!!
Poor business practices
This business will only respond to inquires which will benefit them. Any money they have to disperse is late and difficult to collect at times. Threats are the only way to deal with this business in my case. This relationship was not a real estate transaction matter.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! EVERYONE BEWARE!
they don't return calls, did not return my keys to my rental, I went to their address but they were no longer there. I finally got my rental re-keyed and found that the carpets have not been cleaned and the walls had scratches. I called the previous tenant and I was told that they deducted carpet cleaning from her deposit. SCAM!
BEWARE of unprofessional business practices!
Michelle and her husband, Steve, are scam artists! They made off with almost $8k from my rental income! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
Rip off artist!!!
Rented a home from her. Never informed us the home was going into foreclosure, we never missed a payment. Contact phone number was disconnected, and she made off with our $1600 security deposit!!!
Rental Properties
We are great tentants; never late or missed payments. As a tentant we can never get her to return calls. We simply wanted to renew a lease and they are so unprofessional. You would think that they (michelle) would want to keep good status. I dont think I would rent again and its not the homeowners fault. Sad
Do not use!!!
You can never get ahold of her unless it benifits her.
Do not do business with Michelle
Michelle is very unprofessional; She never return phone calls or emails; She always has excuses for not following thru with her promises to her clients; Once she got your business she then will not do anything for you; I am looking a way to file a complaint with the Board of Realtor; Michelle is the worse of the worse!!!!
BAD BAD WORST!
Michelle never answers phone calls. They list your home, but THAT'S IT. Go look at the BBB. 4 complaints! They took my $195.
HORRIBLE SERVICE
VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL...
