Not true to her word
Tatyana had promised us a referral fee if we would recommend her service to others. We did and a friend of ours used her service. After she was able to sell the house she did not come through with her promise to pay a referral fee. She refused to even respond to our emails. I guess ones the deal is done, she is the only person to pocket the money. Very disappointing to say the least.

We highly recommend Tatyana as your new realtor.In 02.05.07 we chose a realtor who said he could sell our home fast and for only 1.5%. This sounded great because we could save a lot of money.After 128 days on the market,never hearing from him and with no offers.We decided maybe we hired the wrong realtor.We decided to shop around.For someone who would work in our best interest.After interviewing for several days we decided to go with Tatyana.Soon after,we found out by far, it was the best choice we could have made.Tatyana has the experience, energy,motivation and dedication to get the job done.She first gave us sound advice on what we as sellers should do to prepare, then she took exquisite photos which really show cased our home,she listed it on several different MLS's, she held an open house and she daily,stayed in contact with us on updates which made us comfortable that she was on top of things.In less than 39 days we had an offer,which turned out to be olucky number.All proceeding, all of the way through escrow went very smoothly.
