Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping Buyers find their dream home and make it a reality. I also enjoy helping first-time Buyers understand the Buying process and guide them through their first successful real estate transaction.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The biggest challenge is setting myself apart from the masses of agents in California. I do this through continously educating myself to stay on top of the legal and technological advancements in my field. This results in referrals from my satisfied clients.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Before I was an agent I sold a home I was living in in Hollywood Hills. I was able to help the Buyers when they were ready to sell my/our house, and with my intimate knowledge of the home I will most likely sell it for the next Buyer. Who better to sell a home than someone who has personally lived in it and cares about it as much as the current Seller?
What is your best characteristic?
Listening.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I am inspired by the financial possibilities of owning real estate in California, and I am excited to help my clients realize their financial investment.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Best advice in real estate? That would probably be not to be afraid to fire a client that makes you miserable. Life is too short to spend with people that spread their negativity. Cut that tie and move on, even if it means the loss of a commission. Refer them to another agent!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Big Sur, California.
