This guy plays dirty. Sold my home to his clients and he intentionally tried to hide details of the purchase contract by burying them in the 4th or 5th page, by the time we caught that he included that we would pay closing (12K) it was already too late. This guy has no integrity and no ethics and I will make it my job to let as many people know it as I can because I am just disgusted and sick to my stomach that something like this would/could happen - worst part is - it is within the law and he will pay no legal or monetary consequence. If you are Oliver and you are reading this - I hope realtors and agents find out about your disgusting business practices and refuse to do business with you. As if selling is not stressfull enough already, you really left a foul smell on our transaction you jerk!
