Amin has been my agent for 5 years. I have bought at least 3 properties from him, sold 3 properties with his expert help and even rented from him for my self once and for 3 of my friends before. I know about this story and the people posting these ads had the worst living ethics to begin with. I saw the place before and after and the comparison was just amazing. I I am sick and tired of people trying to bash good agents online and give them a bad name. Whoever is trying to bash Mr. Amin is obviously having some personal issues or other issues that have nothing to do with real estate or the services that he provides because I am the living proof that he is to be trusted at any time when it comes to real estate. He is a true professional. Like i said in the subject of the email that all these remarks are shocking and absolutely untrue.

Vacated from the premises that Amin rented to us over one year ago. We did not receive our deposit and during vacancy the house was in NO condition to live in. We couldn't take a shower at the house we lived in for over one month because Amin was negligent. Had the last day at court for our case and he didn't even care to show. If he doesn't care to show up to a court case in which he will pay for, what makes you think he cares about taking care of you as tenants? I learned the hard way and I hope that future potential tenants will read this and take this as a HUGE warning to stay AWAY from this "agent". I give credit to Amin for one thing. He is a huge waste of time!! He is also genius in not showing to his own court case because now we are granted the full amount from our "superior court judge". Good riddance

Mr. Marv schemes to take security deposits for his personal use. WATCH OUT!! He is unaware of housing rules and regulations and he is most neglectful when it comes to providing a habitable resident. I took him to small claims court 3 times and won all three cases. A total waste of time.
