Ms. Oliver was brought out to our property by my brother-in-law. The purpose of this visit was to be interviewed to sell our property. When I started to fill her in on the problems with the property she commented that she thought I was being hostile towards her. She could not give clear examples of a marketing strategy. She then sent a letter to my brother-in-laws lawyer trying to get me thrown off my own property so that she could sell it. She also appeared to hint that we did not have to disclose everything. And that to do so would hinder sale. I personally would rather hinder a sale then to saddle someone with a remote property that was not safe for a buyer or their family. I would strongly avoid using her

Dale Friend is lazy and wouldn't even come let me into a cabin I was interested in buying. So, Dale....Either you need to get a little more interested in making a sale or how bout just finding something else to do for a job. I wasted a lot of time for nothing and you lost a sale!
