Ms. Oliver was brought out to our property by my brother-in-law. The purpose of this visit was to be interviewed to sell our property. When I started to fill her in on the problems with the property she commented that she thought I was being hostile towards her. She could not give clear examples of a marketing strategy. She then sent a letter to my brother-in-laws lawyer trying to get me thrown off my own property so that she could sell it. She also appeared to hint that we did not have to disclose everything. And that to do so would hinder sale. I personally would rather hinder a sale then to saddle someone with a remote property that was not safe for a buyer or their family. I would strongly avoid using her

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I love helping people get to their destination.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Currently its a great time to buy with the price reductions and the financing terms and trying to get buyers to realize this and move forward with a transaction.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I had some past clients who decided to buy a fitness center and the building. I was able to make that happen for them. They are so happy.
What is your best characteristic?: My feelings towards my client and their motivations for their transaction.
Who or what inspires you the most?: There are several agents that I admire and I want to be like them. So it drives me to be the best I can be.
What is the best advice you ever received?: I have received advice from many people and I try to use it as often as possible.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I love where I live. It is absolutley beautiful with all four seasons withYosemite National Park in my backyard.
