This woman gave me a $90,000 loan (2nd mortgage) when I wasn't even employed!!.When I became ill and got behind 2 payments she told me she would reinstate the loan-I kept waiting from April-May-then she wouldn't return or take my calls -I did hear from her finally when I received a foreclosure notice June 2nd that my home is being sold on the courtsteps June 26th. I had to file Chapter 13 and when the BK judge couldn't do a cramdown she won in court.! She took my home away from me, I am a single Mother with a son his only home he had known . I was in a terrible accident in January 23rd, hospitalized and she sent me a three day notice to vacate by Feb 4th. I was still in the hospital. It had been my home for 15 years! She then tried to evict me-did an unlawful detainer-bottom line she stops at nothing and should be in jail for predatory lending and fraud. She has not purchased the loan from Wachovia (my 1st) and is renting the home. She needs to be off the streets behind bars. Heartless

My experience with this agent was one of frustration, and great concern. When I had a serious problem with this woman and asked for return calls to resolve the issue I got nothing in return but a headache! After at least 20 attempts to contact her - she has refused to return calls nor communicate anyway. Others have mentioned the same problem I have had. She does not pay her bills - nor makes attempts to settle serious matters in a friendly, respectful, professional way. Instead you find this woman hard headed, very arrogant, incompetent, and irresponsible! Bottom line is she has lied - decieved - and manipulated people to try and get her way! I have suffered greatly because of her lack of responsibility. As far as my opinion for Main St. Trust - "Not Trustworthy!"
