This agent's only attribute is that she works with a decorator and has knowledge on staging. Otherwise she is a typical real estate shark who is looking to gain a commission, has no advocacy or care regarding the buyers goals, priorities or knowledge to assist in protecting the client's interests. She also does little to assist with providing paperwork and her advice is emotional, off the cuff and not legally invalid. The staging was not worth the pain with the rest of the sale and it is sad that this type of person can make 2.5% commission and do very little and have little respect for goals of her client. She is also manipulative and condescending the day after signing an agreement with her. Do NOT use this agent. She is currently with Windermere Fairbanks Rancho Santa Fe office. There is in general very little ways to provide public feedback regarding agents so I hope this posting will be helpful to future sellers/buyers.
