Erik Sellfors is the most obnoxious excuse for a man I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to. He insists upon belittling you instead of resolving any issues with his inability to serve. I sincerely hope he is the type of realtor to fail in this economic downfall. Don't buy from him. Please take my advice, or you will be suffering the consequences.

I recently tried to buy a house in Simi Valley California. Agent Phyllis lied about the conditin of the property. To say th least I think she is untrustworthy. Find someone else.

Why is it called a "group" and it's just one guy. That's a red flag isn't it. Also the phone number is disconnected usually another bad sign.
