About six years ago we decided to down size and move into a condo. Our home for 39 years was listed in the fall of the year. Not reliable at all as a buyer's agent. He's only after the commission. Does not give good advice to buyer. He's the typical sales man with that sales pitch and you'll end up bidding a higher price. Later you'll find your house is upside down. And you can't find him anymore. Walked away with the commission. Gone.
