Down Sizing

About six years ago we decided to down size and move into a condo. Our home for 39 years was listed in the fall of the year. Little did we know the market was on the down turn and our house took longer to sell then expected and we lost the condo in NoHo that we wanted. We moved to an apartment and continued looking for the "right" place. We met Ken Marker in Studio City and he showed us his inventory and offered his advice with little or no pressure. We finally made a choice of place in Woodland Hills which not represented by Ken. We made our offer and was accepted. When it came time to closed; we were told no deal as the project did not have enough units to close and the project was selling as apartments. Upon this disappointment we purchase another home that was too large for us but moved in to find that size and expenses were out of our budget. We found this project on Killion street that was listed by Ken and Cory of Rodeo Reality. The young lady, Sonia Herrera, representing the "Two Guys" was very congenile and helpful to my wife and daughter on the first introduction. My wife came to me excited about the situation and was pleased that Ken Marker was involved as she was very impressed with the previous assocation with him. After many discussions and trips to Killion street, we decided to see how our situation would turn out. Ken and Sonia came to our house on Heatherglen and we disgussed our situation. We came to an agreement. They agreed to list our house and we agreed that based on the sale of the house we would purchase a unit at Killion street. The "Two Guys" and Sonia started the ball and when the open house to the realitors was finished; we had two or three offers at full price. We closed escrow in 90 days and moved into our new condo at 14412 Killion Street with a great deal of satisfaction. Thanks to Ken Marker and Sonia Herrera from Rodeo Reality.

Incredible Agents
