I cant say enough about the kind of professional one on one service I received while working with Moe. Not only was I a first time buyer but he took the time to listen to my needs,complain & change my mind on a few differnt properties. And the outcome was that I finally found my dream home. I went in to sign some papers, but before signing any papers I wanted to negotiate some more. At this point, he got feisty. He said that no negotiations will be made because he is already giving us an incentive. When we wanted to negotiate some more he said that we were wasting his time and that his ****istant was getting paid hourly and that we were wasting her time as well. I found this to be insulting. First off, Brian is in the wrong career because to him if he doesn’t get a sale he automatically thinks that customers are wasting his time. In addition to that, he said told my family and I DO NOT COME BACK TO HIS OFFICE.

Here is a man who was supposedly looking out for my relatives best interest in representing a relative of mine, he underhandedly told my relative after he told my relative told him how much he wanted to pay, he wrote up the offer for less money than my relative told him to and said that the seller would get mad at him for underpricing the property if he gave him a bid as high as my relative wanted to pay, then inadvertently sold that property a friend of his for less than my relative wanted to offer, so he misrepresented and undersold his seller as my relative offered more $ and Mr. Moe Abourched misrepresented his own buyer, my relative.
