All you have to do is meet Rose once and next thing you know, she'll be the only agent you'll use. I should know. Rose helped us buy a home a few years ago (2007), and was so fantastic that--when we did not like the area and decided to move again (2009), she was the one we called. We love our current home and area. Rose is the most professional and lovely lady you'll ever meet. What's great about her is she listens to what you want and never tries to sell you anything else. What's fantastic about her is that she pays attention to ALL the seemingly little details and is on top of EVERY deadline. Even the deadline the other broker should be on top of. I am a real estate and bankruptcy attorney, so I have a good deal of sophistication in real estate transactions. See http://www.bankruptcyexpertslaw.com. In the last five years, I have bought and sold two houses. In the process I used Rose for two of the transactions, and two other guys for the other two transactions. The contrast between Rose and the others was stunning. So many real estate agents are all about the commission; their only focus is upon signing you up, and then rushing through the transaction with no regard for the price and all of the many details. Rose is a total service person. She is meticulously detailed oriented. Nothing gets past her. She pays attention to every detail, and makes the transaction far easier and less difficult. My experience was that, when I was using Rose on one side of a deal, and another agent on another side of the deal, and the other agent was not doing his job, Rose would pick up the slack for the other guy. She helped with every aspect of the sale, even on the side in which technically she was not involved and for which she was not being paid. Rose does not look at her bottom line first and foremost; instead, her focus is always on her customer. You will not go wrong if you use her.
