In October of 2008, my husband and I decided to take the plunge again and purchase a home after living for 7 years in L.A. We knew where we wanted to live so off we went to find a realtor. We worked with Patti over the course of 2.5 years until we found exactly the right house, in the right place, at the right price for our family. Patti stuck with us through several complicated attempts to buy short-sale and bank-owned homes, in circumstances that many other realtors would have just walked away from! One of those involved a selling realtor who knew nothing about short-sales, and Patti did ALL this realtor's part of the work to try and get the deal to go through. Through no fault of Patti's, we finally walked away from that deal, and she found us the perfect house and worked like mad to ensure that we got it. Patti provided us with quality of service magnitudes greater than we felt we deserved (given the size of her commission for the first-time-home purchase we made.) We are certain we would not have been able to get the house we bought without her hard work. And, she also happens to be super nice - she is a delightful person to work with!
