I purchased a Cooperative property with the help of Millou Rose. There was a mountain of documents and procedures that are particular to cooperatives in California. Ms Rose cheerfully directed both seller and myself through three months of filings and docuents, one three inches thick, to a successful conclusion. There are only a few realtors in Santa Cruz that will work so hard for so little and she gets my Gold Star Award".
