"I purchased a Cooperative property with the help of Millou Rose. There was a mountain of documents and procedures that are particular to cooperatives in California. Ms Rose cheerfully directed both seller and myself through three months of filings and docuents, one three inches thick, to a successful conclusion. There are only a few realtors in Santa Cruz that will work so hard for so little and she gets my Gold Star Award". I also sold a condominium in Florida through a referal agent from Bailey Properties last year"

Affordability for first time buyers is the best it has been since 2002. Interest rates are great and investors are coming out and buying again!

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I am my own boss, I work with people I enjoy spending time with. I love to remodel and love to see other homes. I believe that real estate ownership is the best way for the average person to achieve financial security and love sharing my vision with others!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Working weekends. Time management.
