What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Negative press from the mainstream media about real estate home sales. Many of the local papers take statistical information out of context and inflate numbers
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: My parents wanted to sell their home in San Francisco, but they wanted to move to a condominium with no stairs and maintain their current expenses, taxes and insurance. I found them a great condominium, they saved money on their expenses and have a better quality of life than they did in the single family home.
What is your best characteristic?: Loyalty.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My children inspire me to work harder and smarter, they are both brilliant and amazing.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Be thankful for family, friends, health and the ability to work in a profession that you love.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I live in Sausalito and I can not think of a more perfect place for me and my family to reside.
