- Probably the media. In any kind of market there is always some form of opportunity and we are constantly educating about this. It's a challenge but rewarding when you can show someone they can accomplish their goals.

- In an historically slower time of year, as I entered New Home Sales-coming from a resale background--I was able to establish rapport quickly with prospects to move a remarkable number of homes for my builder in a short time. Attention to each individual-like they are the only person there-is the key.

- Dependable, Optimistic, Creative, Genuine, able to build rapport quickly.

- My husband, my family and especially my grandchildren. And the knowledge that there is a Higher Power guiding us if we just let it!
