It varies by area as Santa Barbara is so unique, but on average single family homes are around $800,

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Not really. We are locked in by mtns, ocean and state parks and designated open space.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Working and being of help to clients on such an important personal decision. - Working in a non-corporate environment - Freedom and flexibility

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
You are not paid any salary or insurance etc. by your Broker. You are on your own 100%.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I think the first time I received a call where a person said they were referred to me by ... made me feel that my business had turned the corner.

What is your best characteristic?
Clear communication and being very honest with people in general.

Who or what inspires you the most?
There is a lot to do in this life.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Keep your head up.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would prefer to live in Santa Barbara CA about 10 months a year and travel 2 months a year.
