Mr. Yanez will do whatever it takes to have an applicant qualify for a loan. He portrays himself among the Latino community as a "big" real estate broker willing to help all. Mr. Yanez will falsify documents in order for the applicant to qualify for a loan in order to enrich his pockets. He has been taken to court due to his illegal tactics.
