Being from the East Coast, we knew nothing about the San Mateo, San Francisco area. My son was starting a new job following his graduation from college and needed to find a place to live. We made contact with Karen through the ReMax website and she helped us find a place in a very short time. We were able to fly to California, spend 3 days looking, decide on a place and get the details accomplished. Without Karen's help, this would have been nearly impossible. She showed us nearly 20 places (apartments) within the San Mateo, Burlingame, San Francisco area in 2 days. She was very professional, courteous, and accomodating to our needs. Even though the financial outcome for her was not as great as it would have been had she sold us a house, she treated us as if we just as important to her.
