Mike is simply the best realtor out there! We started our search over 9 months ago with Mike Bui. We initially put in an offer on a short sale. Mike was there to walk us through each step of the short sale process. I am glad he was able to set expectations for us in the whole shortsale process. After 6 months of waiting for the shortsale, we finally found out that we were not able to get the house after all. Mike, once again came to the rescue. We were really disappointed after losing out on the shortsale, but Mike was confident we would be able to find something better. Subhasbhai, that is what I call him helped us and guided us to get our first home. On the first day visit, he explained us on what type of house should we buy. My wife was keen on specific things which he explained why not good move. He treated us like he is buying his own property and does not hestitate to say no for the properties, which is not good buy and make you regret in future. He knows the market very well and know the price of the house for the given condition and layout of the house. Likewise other agents, he is not running behind money or his commission but for him his clients' satisfaction is primary goal. He keeps trying until he gets his own satisfaction and go above and beyond the expectations. HE goes over each and every procedure (explaining contract etc) multiple times and explain to you as many times as you ask. He has more than 25 years of experience in realty, which reflects in his work.

I hired Marife to short sale my condo. I contacted her 3 weeks before the trustee sale date however, she waited til the last day before the trustee sale date to contact my lender. We almost did not stop the sale. Then she accepted an offer without letting me know. I got upset and told her to tell me about any offers that come thru. After the buyer backed out, she AGAIN accepted another offer without telling me. She also never gave me copies of any documents that I signed until I asked for them. She did not even show me the offer contract. She asked me to perform some construction work on her house in exchange she told me that I would get money from my lender once the short sale escrow closes. Later, I told her that I wanted to cancel the listing because I wanted to apply for a loan modification instead. I told her that because she is no longer selling my condo, she must pay for services renderred to her property. She refused to pay. I will be reporting her to the DRE and placing a Mechanical Lien on her house. I will never deal with her again!!!!

Agent Marife Ronquillo was hired as a seller's agent of a short sale property that was occupied by tenants. Tenants were promised a 30Day Notice to Vacate (accdg to Tenant Laws) once the escrow closes. Agent was made aware that the seller and the tenants came to find out about fraudulent activites that were going on throughout the transaction. Agent Ronquillo looked the other way, did not do anything and allowed the transaction to close. Agent Ronquillo then gave tenants only 3 days to move out after escrow closed. Tenants were forced out and left homeless and distraught. We will NEVER trust Marife Ronquillo!

I try to contact Jack Liu since 1/04/10 regarding his listing in 10170 AMELIA CT, Cupertino 95014 (Cupertino) I call him 6 to 10 times everyday .he never ever answer the phone and return my phone call , most of the time his voice mail is full I have a good buyer for this property,please let me know what should I do?
