Raya is my broker and has become a good friend. I have known her for many years and highly recommend her to represent anyone seeking Real Estate or Lending assistance. In response to a previous post reading "Buyer Beware" I read about Raya I will say this: Raya is dedicated and committed to HER clients happiness. It is unfortunate that one person’s poor judgment can affect an entire company of people and their reputations. Raya is the reason why so many others and I have (and still have) the opportunity of home ownership. Her greatest mistake may have been to be a trusting Broker, but for me and many others that is the value she embodies - which is what got her hired by me in the first place. aside from the positive review, this person is involved in a law suit where she is was involved with bad real estate purchases and bad loans. it was all over the news but her name was not listed on the news because the main person involved is an agent from anoter company

Raya handled my loan and my purchase deal for my very first home. The house was priced above what I knew I could pay and she managed to negotiate a deal so that I could qualify for the loan that worked for me and buy the house under the list price.
