LW buy a previous house with Gary E Vecchiarelli and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I had the unfortunate experience of using Gary Vecchiarello of Open Door Realty in San Jose, CA. As a property manager for my rental property, he did nothing but take his monthly fee and put in tenants who continuously trashed our rental. He didn't bother with background checks, employment checks, credit checks, etc. of prospective renters, which is why he was hired in the first place. He is unprofessional, lazy, unprepared and should be out of business.
